  內容簡介：In this talk, we will discuss some recent progress on the principal eigenvalue problem of parabolic operators. We will show the limit of the eigenvalue for large advection and small diffusion.

  報告人簡介：周茂林，南開大學陳省身數學研究所特聘研究員，2009年于南開大學本科畢業，2014年于東京大學獲博士學位。2017年在澳洲擔任DECRA特任研究員，2019 年入選國家級稱號人才，現主持國家重點研發計劃青年科學家項目一項、天津市自然科學基金重點項目一項。周茂林研究員的研究領域為拋物方程和特征值問題，在Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré C Anal. Non Linéaire、J. Math. Pures Appl.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、Indiana Univ. Math.J.、J. Funct. Anal.等國際期刊發表論文20余篇。
